One bag, 14 items. Made from eco-friendly materials, reusable, good for the Planet and, until we are able to live entirely Zero Waste, pretty much guilt-free. All products were designed with one goal in mind: to make sustainable living a simple and accessible reality. We’ve used acacia wood, bamboo, birch wood, wheat straw, jute and cotton as our primary materials.

This isn’t just a one time travel kit that you'll use on your postponed holiday. This is your EVERYDAY travel kit!  Perfect for a trip to the seaside, a short city break, a trek in the mountains, a visit to Grandma, or a simple work commute…

What’s included in the Sustainable Travel Kit?

Drink OntheGo – a quirky yet elegant foldable mug, made from wheat straw. Small enough to fit in your pocket, large enough to quench your thirst. How to use it? Unscrew the lid, unfold the mug, fill with water or other soft drink and enjoy! The days of sharing one bottle of water with friends and family are long gone; make sure you’re well equipped to sip away from your OWN container.

Brush OntheGo – folding toothbrush with a travel case, all made from MOSO bamboo. Why Moso? This is the only bamboo that grows 1m per day without the need for fertiliser, making it highly sustainable, safe and eco-friendly. This species of bamboo is dubbed “panda-friendly” because pandas do not eat it or inhabit the area where it grows. The bamboo is heat-treated to carbonise it: this makes it water-resistant that prevents mould growth when left in a warm and damp bathroom. For your comfort and safety, we used nylon-6 bristles.

Brush OntheGoTablets – don’t worry we won’t just leave you high and dry with a lone toothbrush. In the bag, you can find a small aluminium jar filled with 30 Toothbrush tablets. Did you know that every single year, 1.5 billion toothpaste tubes end up in landfills and the plastic in those tubes needs 500 years to degrade? It means that brushing our teeth every day contributes to plastic in landfills and in the oceans in a big way, but we can’t exactly stop brushing our teeth, can we? We decided to make brushing guilt-free and we want to share it with you. Tablets are extremely easy to use and paired with a bamboo toothbrush, you can join the ranks of the experts in sustainability.

Pill OntheGo – Oval Pillbox with 3 compartments made from wheat straw. We’ve included this tiny box for your supplement needs. As who doesn’t take any tablets these days!? The box is designed to hold just enough for a short trip. You don’t take any tablets? We’re sure you will find another use for the box!

Wash OntheGo – Natural Washing Soap Slices in Reusable kraft paper packaging. Let’s face it, we’ve washed our hands more times in the last year than during the last decade! But, joking aside, we highly recommend keeping washing since it is entirely the best way to get rid of germs. We’ve been flooded by hand sanitisers but they are generally not heat stable and can be quite corrosive to skin and metal substances. What’s worse, we’ve been warned about products found to contain methanol and/or 1-propanol, another form of alcohol that should not be used in hand sanitisers. Solution? Stick to soap! And since we’ve used hand sanitiser ONLY because it’s convenient, we decided to combine the best of both worlds: the cleaning properties of soap and the convenience of sanitisers. Welcome to the new invention: the soap slice!

Eat OntheGo – Custom Made Portable Outdoor Travel Cutlery Set made from wheat straw. Comes with a knife, fork, spoon and chopsticks for sushi lovers. No need for a picnic basket since the case is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, in your jacket pocket or in an elegant small handbag… Whenever you feel peckish on your work commute and you simply must eat that yoghurt on the train, we’ve got you covered.

Sustainable Traveller Mobile Phone Holder – Two in One! Oval mobile phone holder on one side, a bottle opener on the other, made from acacia wood and stainless steel. What more to add? Sit and relax, open a bottle and watch YouTube videos on your phone. Sturdy enough to scroll through emails and update your Facebook status.

Cream OntheGo Hands and Cream OntheGo Face  – Travel Jars for hand and face cream, 15 ml each, made from wheat straw fibre. Why did we include mini cream jars in our OntheGo Travel Kit? How many times did you struggle with dry skin after having your hands sprayed with sanitiser everywhere you went? Take care of your skin and pack your favourite hand cream, just enough to keep your hands hydrated. With an extra jar, you can take your face cream…or anything else you wish! Sore back? Pack your heating gel. Sunburn? Take aloe vera cream with you. Simply endless possibilities!

Because travelling is all about fun! Starting from the moment you are stuck at the train station, in the traffic, or at the airport waiting for the check in to start. Your laptop battery is about to run out, you cannot be bothered to read the book you packed. Or maybe, the kids are getting more restless by the second...
